Property care in Baška Voda
Baška Voda is the family town of the riviera, with a wide promenade, shallow beaches and the Biokovo as a backdrop to everything. The same narrow shelf between Biokovo and the sea as its neighbours, with the mountain close enough that rain arrives fast and drains fast. Retaining walls and surface drainage matter more here than on flatter coast. Winter is when things get replaced rather than repaired. Mattresses, outdoor furniture, appliances and air-conditioning units wear out on a season cycle here, and we keep a running list so the replacement happens in March instead of in the middle of August.
