Property care in Podstrana
Podstrana runs along the coast just south of Split, with a long beach, a couple of large hotels and a lot of private villas behind them. It's close enough to the city to be practical year-round and far enough to be calm in the evening. The strip between the road and the sea is where most of the holiday properties are.
In season

Longer stays out of season are common, which suits a house with heating that works and a connection that holds, and means the plant is used rather than standing idle for eight months.
