Gradac is the last town of the Makarska riviera before the Neretva delta, and Gornja Vala is the longest beach on the entire riviera. Because the drive is long, we deliberately schedule properties in Gradac together with Tučepi and Makarska. That keeps the service economical. For genuine emergencies the same commitment applies regardless. We drive, even if it takes two hours. Water pressure is the local surprise. At the southern end and on the higher ground it drops noticeably at peak demand, so a full house and a pool topping up at the same time do not both work. We check pressure before a changeover rather than field the complaint afterwards.
Out of season
The southern edge of the area we cover, which means the longest drive and the reason we plan work here into a full day rather than a round. The coast is open and the winter quiet is total. Services here are thin out of season, and the nearest trades we rely on are up around Makarska. A repair therefore means bringing somebody down rather than calling somebody local, which is the honest reason work here is planned rather than improvised.
