Property care in Selce
Selce is the quieter neighbour of Crikvenica, connected to it by a coastal walking path along the water. It's a small place with a lot of private holiday homes, a harbour and a handful of family-run restaurants. The pace here is slower and the streets behind the waterfront are almost entirely residential.
In season
In properties that have grown over decades, the building services are usually a patchwork. In winter the village genuinely closes: most restaurants and half the shops shut, and no hardware shop opens on a Sunday in January. We carry what a routine visit needs rather than assume we can buy it locally.
